"Making learners feel comfortable and secure when joining a session is just as important online as it is face-to-face. The team at GRA achieved this by taking the time to familiarise learners with their platform and provide individual technical support as needed without disrupting the flow of the session."

Your professionalism, willingness to ‘make it work’ all helped to make our event at St. George’s Park such a success. Nothing was too much trouble, and your support was brilliant! We have received so much positive feedback about the entire event, a fantastic time was had by all attendees. We look forward to working with you again in the future.”

“I would like to thank the GRA team for all their help organising our event again this year. The group was double the amount we had last year and we have had fantastic feedback from all staff from the UK, US and India offices. Please pass on our thanks to all the instructors and organisers. It was amazing how they remembered us from last year and it was great to have the same instructors as last year too. I already have staff asking about next year.”

I have nothing but positive feedback – a real testament to GRA.”

We worked together from the start to design and deliver a series of really experiential workshops as part of our graduate programme. “Thank you for a very enjoyable 2 days! Due to the pandemic, this was not our plan A, but I thought it was a terrific plan B. I very much enjoyed meeting all our staff and despite the remote working conditions I sensed an espirit de corps that I really wasn’t expecting.”

“I enjoyed the residential programme we did with GRA at St. George’s Park very much – it was great to learn about our inherent personality traits and their translation to best-suited roles in a team. I think I speak on behalf of all of us when I say that the two days spend with GRA were fun-filled yet fruitful, relaxing yet productive. I would like to extend my thanks to you for organising this and especially to Joe, who led a fantastic session. I look forward to further training with GRA and coming back to St. George’s Park in the future!”

- Mrinalini Chakrabarty, Engineering Graduate, Collins Aerospace

This is why we do what we do

“I was a total cynic when it came to 'outward-bound' training as I had seen so much that was fun, but not really relevant to learning anything new about yourself. I am very passionate about learning events that have a purpose and being able to demonstrate measurable change in the people who have attended them. Since attending a Leading Change event with GRA, where I saw a level of skill provided by the facilitators to really draw out the learning from the outdoor events that I had not witnessed at anywhere else, I have been waiting for an opportunity to use them. It presented itself this year and we have just completed out first trainee scheme induction event and plan to run one every year for the foreseeable future as they did such a good job!”

“When we met GRA, we were intrigued by the energy, enthusiasm and knowledge that the team possessed. We knew instantly that they were the perfect match for Kyocera when they introduced their ‘Challenge by Choice’ policy, providing a safe learning environment for our employees.”

- Julia Allen, Learning & Development Manager, Kyocera

How do I know if an open programme is right for me?

Our open programmes are perfect for 1 or 2 individuals looking for a cost-effective way to complete soft skills training or get accredited to run our courses.

If you're wanting to get larger groups of people or entire teams within your organisation trained, then we suggest you enquire with us about an in-house programme instead. You can do this by clicking here or alternatively you can email us at enquiries@gra.uk.com or call us on 01962 779911.

What training options do you offer?

GRA offer training via in-house programmes, open/public programmes, and through trainer certification.

In-house: This option is ideal for organisations looking to train large or small groups of people within their business, whether that be cross-functional or intact teams. We offer in-house programme face-to-face, virtually or as a blended learning experience. The training can be tailored to your specific needs and be facilitated at a date, time and location that best suits you.

Open/Public: This option is ideal for 1 or 2 individuals from a single organisation seeking a cost-effective way to attend training or get accredited. It is also a great avenue for those purely seeking personal development. Our open programmes are publicly available so you would be attending with people from other organisations and the content is similarly more widely targeted to suit all different types of organisations and sectors. We offer our open programmes both face-to-face and virtually on pre-scheduled dates and predisposed venues in the UK.

Trainer Certification: This option is ideal for organisations looking to do large scale roll-outs within their organisation or to accredit their internal training teams. This is available on a limited range of our training programmes and is subject to additional requirements. These can be run both publicly or in-house and are typically done face-to-face.

What courses do you run as open programmes?

All of the courses currently available can be found on our open programmes page. This is live and will be updated as and when more dates/courses become available.

Our open programmes are a relatively new offering, so we are starting with our most popular courses and hope to be able to increase availability going forward. If there is particular course you are interested in please get in touch and one of our team can help you explore your options.

How many people do you allow on your open programmes at a time?

This varies depending on the specific training course and our trainer availability, however we would say approx. 12-15 per open programme workshop. This would be slightly less for a certification programme.

How much do your open programmes cost?

This very much depends on which training programme you're attending, however prices for all our available open programmes are listed on our open programmes page.

How often do you run your open programmes?

Open programmes are a relatively new offering for GRA, so we currently have a small amount of dates available for our most popular programmes.

All availability can be found on our open programmes page and this is regularly updated. We hope to be able to increase the frequency at which we run these courses and the range of courses available in time and inline with demand. If you have a particular interest in one of training programmes, get in touch and one of our team will be happy to discuss options with you.

What is the duration of an open programme workshop?

Our open programmes are typically run over 1 or 2 days. This will be clearly specified on our open programmes page under each available course/date.

What is the duration of an open programme trainer certification?

If you're looking to get accredited to train one of our programmes, then you'll have to attend the regular 2-day workshop, followed by a 2-day certification. This can be done over 4 consecutive days or non-consecutively, depending on what best suits you and the dates we have available.

What modalities do you offer open programmes in?

We offer our open programmes both face-to-face and virtually. The format of the programme on offer will be clearly stated under each individual course/date on our open programmes page and this is regularly updated.
