This weekend, eleven employees from GRA completed the Tough Mudder London South event, raising over £800 for Myeloma UK and Diabetes UK.

On a mild Saturday morning at the Matterley Bowl in Winchester, Joe Mackintosh, Fraser Edmond, Max Brown, Lori Taylor, Gaynor Sorrill, Matthew Campbell, Charlie Evans, Richard Herd, Jennifer Newell, Tim Wright and Jodie Clarke all took part in the 12-mile challenge course event which included: a 15 foot plunge into cold, muddy water; scaling vertical walls; crawling under barbed wire; and crossing the finish line scrambling through a field of live electric wires.

The team got their hands, knees and even faces covered in mud attempting to complete the gruelling circuit, all with the goal of raising as much money as possible for their two chosen charities: Myeloma UK and Diabetes UK. They have currently raised just over £800 in total, but there is still time to donate to these two fantastic causes if you would like to, any amount you can spare is greatly appreciated.

Myeloma UK is the only UK-based charity focused on this rare form of blood cancer. The charity helps myeloma patients live longer and with a better quality of life. Click here to donate to Myeloma UK

Diabetes UK is the leading charity that cares for, connects with and campaigns on behalf of every person affected by or at risk of diabetes. Click here to donate to Diabetes UK
