We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Accelerated Leadership open programme that provides middle managers with the qualities and behaviours required for successful leadership.

The programme will take place over three modules at our Corporate Outdoor Learning Centre, near Reading, starting on Tuesday 24th May 2016 and will be completed in September.

“We have over 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership programmes for organisations of all sizes in a wide range of different industries.” said Grahame Robb, Managing Director, GRA. “Through this experience, we have developed a programme that will equip middle managers with the skills to lead their teams more effectively. The programme will also prepare them to take the next step in their management career.”

Accelerated Leadership provides delegates with a platform to learn more about themselves and understand the impact that their leadership style has on their team. They will explore how to coach and motivate others, to flex their leadership style for different people and circumstances and improve their ability to deliver on strategic business objectives.

Joe Mackintosh, who has over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, will operate as GRA’s Course Director for the programme. Joe will be the Senior Facilitator on Module 2 – Leadership Skills in Practice and he will be on-hand for the two other modules to assess progress, provide each delegate with personalised feedback and design individual actions plans following completion of the programme.

Joe Mackintosh, GRA’s Accelerated Leadership Course Director, said “What makes our leadership programme so different from others on the market is the ability to explore theoretical models in a risk-free setting that mirrors real-life scenarios in the workplace. Through this practical application of the theory, delegates are more effective in transferring the learning back in the workplace.”
