Grahame Robb

Managing Director

Grahame is GRA’s Managing Director and Owner. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, team and organisational development, strategic consulting, and a background in HR, Grahame heads up GRA’s training team and drives sales, as well as being at the helm of the senior leadership team.

Grahame is motivated, charismatic, and fun, which seeps into his leadership style and the culture he has created at GRA. In his spare time, Grahame can be found; season ticket in hand, at Carrow Road, proudly supporting his home team Norwich City (yes, we sympathise!) or playing padel tennis with his friends.

Lori Taylor

General Manager

Lori has worked for GRA since 2014 as General Manager. Her role involves managing both of our Outdoor Centres and their staff, as well as being involved in sales and being a key member of GRA’s senior leadership team.

Lori is an excellent people manager and is passionate about offering the best possible service to her clients. She always aims to exceed the high standards she sets for herself and her background in hospitality shines through in her confident and friendly nature. Outside of work, Lori enjoys taking on new adventures with her two daughters, having a cheeky cocktail (or two) with her friends, and cheering on South Africa in the Rugby!

Claire Maxey

Business Manager

Claire has worked for GRA since 1994 as an Administration and Business Manager and is our longest serving employee. Claire’s role involves supporting the organisation for the smooth running of day-to-day operations through scheduling and coordinating training and assisting with sales administration, to liaising with staff, associates, clients, and suppliers. She is also a part of GRA’s senior leadership team.

Claire has a keen eye for detail and is a loyal and trusted member of the team. In her spare time, Claire likes to host dinners or dine out with her friends and is a regular theatre goer.

Jodie Clarke

Marketing Manager

Jodie has worked for GRA since 2013 and is the business’ Marketing Manager. Jodie’s role involves driving both online and offline marketing efforts, including growing GRA's inbound sales channels, coordinating campaigns, brand management, planning and executing new product launches, creating marketing material and much more.

Jodie is an innovative, creative and straight-talking member of the team who gives 100% commitment to everything she does. Outside of work, you can find Jodie training in the gym or catching up with her friends over a bottle of tequila!

Joe Mackintosh

Senior L&D Facilitator

Joe has worked for GRA since 2011 as a Senior Facilitator and has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer. Joe’s role involves delivering and developing a wide range of training, from leadership and team development to experiential learning programmes, coaching and more, as well as being a member of GRA’s senior leadership team driving organisational results and mentoring his fellow facilitators.

Joe is passionate about getting the best out of people and is an easy-going, likeable, and honest individual. When his busy training schedule allows, you’ll find Joe on the golf course trying to perfect his handicap or performing at local venues and festivals with his band, Pronghorn.

Sean Hall

L&D Facilitator

Sean joined the GRA team in 2022 as a Facilitator with 8 years’ of training experience under his belt in effective communication, leadership development, and team building. Sean’s role involves delivering a variety of training programmes in GRA’s repertoire and helping to develop new and bespoke programmes for our clients alongside the rest of the training and design team.

Sean is a conscientious and caring person who considers supporting the development of others as the heart of his passion. As a proud new Dad, he’s currently a bit short on free time, but is a keen runner and a lifelong supporter of QPR. Up until 2020, he was also an amateur dramatics performer, treading the boards in a range of roles from Shakespeare to Pantomime (he’s behind you!).

Victoria Hormigo

L&D Facilitator

Victoria joined GRA in 2023 as an L&D Facilitator. She is a seasoned trainer who has worked with many organisations globally to improve their business processes, achieve strategic goals and create healthy workplace cultures. Victoria's role at GRA involves delivering leadership, team development and culture change programmes, as well as working with her fellow colleagues to develop new products and bespoke solutions for our clients.  

Victoria is a happy and friendly person who enjoys making a difference to those she works with. In her spare time, you'll find Victoria doing a different kind of training, as she wrangles her four children and prepares to go for gold in her latest marathon!

Tina Harris

L&D Facilitator

Tina joined GRA in 2024 as an L&D Facilitator and is the latest addition to our internal training team. She has over 20 years experience designing and delivering training all over the world helping managers and leaders to support and develop their teams to improve communication and performance. Tina's role at GRA involves delivering a wide range of development programmes for individuals and teams at all levels and working with her fellow facilitators to design new training initiatives.

Tina is approachable and contagious in her enthusiasm for learning. Outside of work, Tina is a keen walker, cyclist and gardener. She also loves to dance, anything from salsa to zumba (ole!).

Stuart Cox

Operations Manager & Senior Instructor

Stuart joined GRA in 2022 as a Senior Instructor and Operations Manager. He has many years of experience and has previously worked at some of the most reputable activity centres in the UK. His role at GRA involves facilitating outdoor experiential programmes and team building events alongside our training team and associate pool, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and safety at both of our Outdoor Centres. 

Stuart is a hands-on, optimistic person who is always keen to learn. In his free time, you'll find Stuart adventuring outdoors, come rain or shine, with his two children, re-watching old anime classics, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen trying out new recipes (with mixed results).

Andrea Lockie

Accounts Administrator

Andrea joined GRA in 2023 as Accounts Administrator. She has many years of financial experience having worked as Financial Director for her own successful online publishing and B2B international events business for 15 years. Andrea’s role involves overseeing all day-to-day finance operations, accounting and budgeting.

When she's not working, Andrea enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and friends, running, and passionately supporting Wales in the Rugby!

Eloise Finey

Programmes Administrator & Trainee Outdoor Technician

Eloise joined GRA in 2024 in a dual role as Programmes Administrator & Trainee Outdoor Technician. She graduated from Reading University with a Batchelors in Science in 2023 and has previous experience working in both administration and hospitality. She also spent a year working on a remote island, cementing her love for the great outdoors! Eloise's role includes supporting in the scheduling and coordinating of training programmes, and learning the ropes (pun intended) to become a qualified outdoor instructor.

In her spare time, Eloise can be found taking long walks with her dog or breaking a sweat in the gym!

Frank

Former Pest Control Manager, Current Greeter of Guests, Chief Dreamies Eater & Professional Sunbather

Frank joined GRA in circa 2010 as a rescue from the Cats Protection charity. In his youth, his role as an outdoor cat was Pest Control Manager at our Outdoor Centre in Reading. Now, he is happily semi-retired and living out his golden years in 250-acres of woodland bliss! Frank still very much enjoys greeting all our guests into his home at the Outdoor Centre, sneaking into the office and training rooms whenever we're not looking to get in on the action and posing for a well placed photo opportunity (see evidence attached).

Frank's cheeky and picky about who he likes, and when he's not on hosting duties, he can be found soaking up the rays, buttering up his favourite members of the GRA team and consuming Dreamies at a rapid rate!
