GRA are delighted to announce we have launched our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to provide learners with enhanced support before and after experiential leadership and team development training with GRA.

Our LXP is designed to enhance skill transfer by providing learners with a comprehensive suite of resources and collaborative learning tools to support their development and complement our live trainer experiences.

Grahame Robb, Managing Director of GRA, said “The current situation has accelerated the shift in learning and development from a structured approach of learning interventions to a model of flexible experiences and resources that capture the imagination and engagement of learners by handing them ownership for their own development path. We believe our new LXP creates unique opportunities for each individual learner to access and engage with our programmes in their own way and maximise what they achieve as a result.”

Features of the GRA LXP:

  • Content libraries packed with videos, webinars, articles, podcasts and more
  • Ability to post questions directly to the programme facilitator
  • Interactive discussion forums
  • User profiles to track individual learner engagement and progress
  • Access to self-paced e-learning
  • Quizzes, assessments and psychometrics linked to learning objectives
  • Access to all pre- and post-course work

Andy Norton, Management Development Trainer at GRA, added, “In addition to creating unique learning experiences for individuals, our LXP presents fantastic opportunities for both real-time and asynchronous collaborative learning. Whether that’s discussion forums, practical exercises with a partner or engaging with a GRA facilitator, these interactions can increase confidence and aid delegates on their learning journey beyond the GRA classroom – whether that’s virtual or face-to-face.”

The LXP can be paired with our face-to-face, live virtual or self-paced training programmes.
