We own and operate two of the UK’s largest outdoor leadership centres for high impact, memorable leadership and team development programmes with the primary focus on the practical application of skills to enhance learning transfer.
GRA offers virtual modalities to complement our face-to-face delivery including virtual classrooms led by a facilitator and self-paced eLearning modules.
We also offer a collaborative online space, known as the GRA LXP, for delegates to receive joining instructions, pre-work, contact their programme manager, complete online modules, enter virtual classrooms, chat with other delegates and find details for face-to-face training as well as view our comprehensive library of supporting materials – blogs, whitepapers, podcasts and more.
We aim for every delegate to return to the workplace clear on what was expected of them and to have completed training that was participative, practical, engaging and fun.

The GRA logo has incorporated dolphins for many years and it's often a topic of curiosity and debate amongst our delegates, yet we like to turn it around and ask them why they think we may have chosen them. Most people correctly identify that dolphins symbolise collaborative communities, protection and a fine balance of curiousity, playfulness and intellect.
