Training Programmes

Option 1 - In-house Programmes

The programme is taught at a venue of your choice by one of our Certified Trainers or a Master Certified Trainer, and can be tailored to meet your requirements. For instance, we can deliver in two one day sessions instead of the usual two consecutive days, or deliver to 'intact' teams to promote rapid application of the skills within a functional area or project. Call us if you are interested in this option.

Option 2 - Public Programmes

Trainer Certification programmes

For those who want to deliver training in their own organisation (Client Certified Trainers) we have Trainer Certification.

We strongly promote a 'leader-led' training approach, where the organisation, the line managers and internal trainers take responsibility for delivering future training within their organisation, purchasing the participant toolkits through GRA.

The Trainer Certification programme, with state-of-the-art resource kits, allows managers and internal trainers to offer the highest quality in-house training programmes.

The Trainer Certification programme lasts two days and can only be taken once you have completed the initial two day training programme.

* If both the Training and Trainer Certification programmes are booked at the same time, the combined price is £2,450 plus VAT.

Briefings

We offer Executive Briefings to give you a flavour for the benefits that Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations and Influencer can bring to your team and organisation. Contact us to arrange one.

We also run a number of public briefings, often arranged through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the Association of Project Management (APM) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
